The two girls pictured are Julie Manet (niece of the painter Edouard Manet) and her cousin, Paulette Gobillard. Renoir originally produced this etching in 1894.

Ohio born artist Marston Hodgin was chair of the art department at Miami University in Oxford from 1927-1963. He trained at many schools, and exhibited regularly in the Indiana Art Association at Richmond.
